A yoga retreat at the beautiful King Parrot Event Centre.
The retreat will involve yoga: Hatha/vinyasa and meditation (by Annie), yin (by Tony O’Loughlin), poetry reading and meditation/contemplation (by Lauren Gower) all meals (by Paolo Arlotta) and the main attraction - the Otway National Park.
As well as about 10 hours of yoga practice*, the retreat will also provide time for walking, reading, swimming (King Parrot has a salt water pool!) or chatting to fellow retreat-goers.
*All optional/adjustable. If your “yoga” looks different to someone else’s that is fine!
If you’d prefer to use this as a chance to stay in a beautiful spot and have all your meals cooked for you and do no yoga then that is fine too. Maybe you want to use this as a writing retreat.
The retreat is open to anyone/everyone who would like a weekend away.

The sleeping arrangements are single beds in rooms of two. If you want to share with a friend/loved one the two single beds can also be made into a king size bed.
