A weekend down the coast with yoga, walking and swimming.
Summer in Port Campbell is lovely so I want to squeeze in another retreat while it’s still warm and before uni takes up all of my time.
The retreat includes: 6.5 hours of yoga (vinyasa, restorative, meditation and journalling), 2 brunches, lunch and dinner. There are five spots available with accommodation and five without.
The weekend is intended to be an opportunity to get out of town and enjoy Port Campbell national park. Between the yoga classes and the meals there is space to do what you would like to do whether that be reading, swimming, walking chatting.
