This retreat will be held on the unceded Country of the Wurundjeri people. The retreat venue - Riverdale - is nestled along the river, amongst the mountains and gums of the Yarra ranges. 

This retreat is intended to provide a relaxing, spacious weekend away - and for those who would like to - a more critical and thorough exploration of your relationship to yoga. The retreat will involve four hatha/vinyasa style yoga classes, a restorative/yin class and guided reflection and meditation. In addition, Lauren Gower and Fi Belcher will facilitate a critical engagement at the intersection of race, colonisation and yoga, through questions, conversation and practice on Wurundjeri Country.
